Are these official translations or legal advice?
No. Products are original editorial and operational tools. They are not official translations, legal advice, filing decisions, or government-approved forms.
Do GB/T products include the standard text?
No. GB/T products commercialize original implementation aids, control maps, checklists, and workbooks. National-standard text and full translations are excluded.
How is access delivered?
After verified payment, the purchasing email receives a short-lived sign-in link. Files appear in My Library and are delivered from private storage through expiring, access-controlled links.
Can a team share the files?
The standard license covers one legal organization and up to 10 named users for internal use. Redistribution, resale, public posting, and cross-organization sharing are not permitted.
What updates are included?
Corrections and minor updates are included for 12 months. New editions, substantially expanded products, and custom work are not automatically included.
How do refunds work?
Requests are reviewed under the digital-product refund policy and applicable mandatory consumer rights. Access and download history may be considered where permitted by law.
