Editorial policy
Source Policy
How this site handles official sources, unofficial English translations, summaries, checklists, correction requests, and uncertain items.
Official Sources First
Legal source records should point to official Chinese government, regulator, legislative, official gazette, or official standards sources wherever available.
Chinese Text Prevails
The official Chinese text published by the competent authority prevails over any English translation, summary, checklist, or Plain English Note on this site.
Unofficial English Translation
English translations are site-created unofficial reference translations unless an official English version is expressly identified. They are prepared for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
No Third-party Translation Copying
This site does not copy third-party English legal translations, law firm client alerts, commercial legal database content, media summaries, public account articles, or unauthorized PDF or Word materials.
Editorial Materials
Summaries, comparisons, checklists, indexes, and scenario guides are original editorial materials prepared from official source text and internal review, not legal opinions or filing guarantees.
Manual Review Flags
If a source URL, title, date, version, translation, or document status is uncertain, the item should be marked for manual review and should not be presented as verified.
Corrections and Takedown Requests
Source corrections, translation corrections, and takedown requests can be sent to [email protected]. This contact address is not for legal advice.
