Guangdong's first list covers seven business scenarios and 67 data items across intelligent equipment manufacturing and personal credit information services, using a self-assessment and report-after-use model.
办理与判断路径
- Confirm registration in the Guangdong FTZ or the Shenzhen Park of the Hetao cooperation zone.
- Identify the data type, volume, official field and business scenario before transfer.
- If the data is inside the list, use the applicable national security-assessment, standard-contract or certification route.
- If the data is outside the list and the framework applies, use the facilitation rule and promptly report the transfer to the regional management authority.
- Report material changes and retain records for consistency checks and supervision.
