第六十七条 关键信息基础设施的运营者违反本法第三十七条规定，使用未经安全审查或者安全审查未通过的网络产品或者服务的，由有关主管部门责令限期改正、停止使用、消除对国家安全的影响，处采购金额一倍以上十倍以下罚款，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员处一万元以上十万元以下罚款。
English Translation
Where an operator of critical information infrastructure violates Article 37 of this Law by using network products or services that have not undergone security review or that failed security review, the relevant competent department shall order correction within a specified period, cessation of use, and elimination of the impact on national security, and shall impose a fine of not less than one time and not more than ten times the procurement amount; the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be fined not less than RMB 10,000 and not more than RMB 100,000.
