Standard grant
Unless a product states otherwise, purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use by one legal organization and up to 10 named users.
Permitted use
- Internal compliance, legal, security, audit, procurement, and product work.
- Internal adaptation of editable workbook entries to record the licensee's own facts and decisions.
- Internal extracts in work papers where the product source is identified.
Not permitted
- Resale, sublicensing, public posting, or distribution outside the licensed organization.
- Sharing a download link or account access with unauthorized users.
- Representing the product as official, government-approved, or legal advice.
- Removing notices to facilitate redistribution.
Professional responsibility
The licensee remains responsible for verifying current law and applying the materials to its facts. The Chinese legal text and official sources prevail.
