Digital product refund policy
A documented request process that preserves mandatory rights and recognizes immediate digital delivery.
Request window
Submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of purchase. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
Review factors
Requests are assessed using the order record, product description, reported defect, access history, and download history where permitted by law. A request is not automatically denied merely because a file was accessed.
Eligible issues
- A file cannot be opened and support cannot provide a working replacement.
- The delivered product materially differs from the stated included files or scope.
- A duplicate charge occurred.
- Applicable law requires a refund.
Ordinarily ineligible issues
- Change of mind after substantial use, subject to mandatory rights.
- Expectations that conflict with a clearly stated exclusion.
- A request for legal advice, a filing outcome, or an official translation.
How to request
Use the order action in My Library or email [email protected] with the purchasing email, order reference, and reason. Approved payment refunds are returned through the original payment method.
