第四十六条 个人发现其个人信息不准确或者不完整的，有权请求个人信息处理者更正、补充。 个人请求更正、补充其个人信息的，个人信息处理者应当对其个人信息予以核实，并及时更正、补充。
English Translation
Where an individual discovers that the individual's personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, the individual has the right to request that the personal information processor correct or supplement it. Where an individual requests correction or supplementation of personal information, the personal information processor shall verify the personal information and correct or supplement it in a timely manner.
