第五十二条 违反本法规定，给他人造成损害的，依法承担民事责任。 违反本法规定，构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予治安管理处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
English Translation
Where a violation of this Law causes harm to others, civil liability shall be borne in accordance with law. Where a violation of this Law constitutes a violation of public security administration, public security administration punishment shall be imposed in accordance with law. Where a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with law.
